  • Understand individual guest needs and personalize treatments where appropriate.

  • Recommend suitable spa treatments, wellness experiences, and home-care products.

  • Build positive guest relationships and encourage repeat visits through exceptional service.

  • Support spa service and retail sales targets through appropriate guest recommendations.

  • Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment and ensure all products, equipment, and linens are properly arranged.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and safety across treatment areas.

  • Ensure treatment rooms provide the appropriate ambiance, including lighting, temperature, scent, and music.

  • Monitor treatment supplies and communicate replenishment needs to the Spa Supervisor.

  • Coordinate with Spa Reception, attendants, and fellow therapists to ensure a seamless guest journey.

  • Support opening, closing, and general spa operational duties as required.

  • Communicate guest feedback, special requests, or operational concerns to the Spa Supervisor.

  • Maintain all required professional licenses and certifications in line with local requirements.

  • Participate in training to continuously develop treatment techniques, service skills, and product knowledge.

  • Follow SLS grooming, service, health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid professional certification or license in massage therapy, beauty therapy, esthetics, or a related wellness discipline.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, spa, or wellness environment.

  • Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and professional treatment standards.

  • Guest-focused with a warm, polished, and professional approach.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple appointments effectively.

  • Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
