MEP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver Civil and MEP construction projects from start to handover.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, and subcontractor works.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, resources, quality, and site progress.
• Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals.
• Resolve technical, site, and coordination issues with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, project specifications, and contract requirements.
• Lead project teams and conduct progress and coordination meetings.
• Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, documentation, and final handover.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum –12 years of construction experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Project Manager role.
• Strong experience in MEP and Civil construction projects.
• Good knowledge of project planning, cost control, contracts, and site management.
• Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination preferred.
• GCC/UAE construction experience preferred.

Pay: AED2,740.72 - AED16,692.37 per month
