As healthcare organizations increasingly adopt AI and digital technologies, NeoHealth is expanding its external consultant network at the intersection of healthcare, AI, software, and systems integration .

Role Description

NeoHealth is seeking experienced Healthcare AI & Software Integration Consultants for potential project-based engagements across the UAE and GCC.

Depending on the project, consultants may support:

• Integration of AI solutions into EHR, EMR, HIS, practice-management, and other healthcare platforms
• API, SDK, webhook, and middleware integration
• HL7 / FHIR and healthcare interoperability
• AI / LLM integration into clinical and administrative workflows
• Healthcare software architecture and technical solution design
• Software prototyping and proof-of-concept development
• Cloud, authentication, security, and healthcare data considerations
• Technical assessment, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation planning
• Collaboration with healthcare organizations, software vendors, and technology partners

Qualifications

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following:

• Healthcare software development or systems integration
• Healthcare AI / LLM implementation
• EHR / EMR / HIS integration
• HL7 / FHIR interoperability
• APIs, middleware, backend, or full-stack development
• Digital health or healthcare technology
• Solution architecture or technical consulting

Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Experience within hospitals, healthcare software companies, digital health organizations, or the UAE/GCC healthcare technology landscape is highly valued.
