JMED Clinic is a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai, combining advanced technologies, specialized treatment protocols, innovation, and personalized patient care.

We are hiring a Social Media Executive to support the digital presence of JMED Clinic and its related brands.

This role combines social media management, content creation, digital trend monitoring, creative coordination, and executive support. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Team and CEO and should have strong hands on content creation skills together with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage and create content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant emerging platforms.
• Support social media strategy and content calendar planning.
• Create engaging, informative, and visually premium brand content.
• Develop content around aesthetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics.
• Monitor relevant trends, formats, audio, creators, and platform developments.
• Develop short-form video concepts, hooks, captions, storytelling, and creative ideas.
• Edit content using Canva, CapCut, Edits, and similar platforms.
• Coordinate content shoots, creative briefs, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Publish and manage content according to the agreed calendar.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning, visual standards, and tone of voice.
• Ensure content and projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Executive Support & Coordination

• Manage and maintain the CEO’s professional calendar.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings & appointments.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external contacts.
• Support professional follow-ups and day to day coordination.
• Help maintain organized schedules, priorities, and commitments.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide administrative and coordination support when required.
• Work closely with and report to the Marketing Manager and CEO.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, creator marketing, or a related field.
• Proven hands on experience creating and managing short form social media content.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Edits , and similar content creation and editing tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and current social media practices.
• Strong creative eye and understanding of premium visual content and brand positioning.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Experience with calendar management, meeting coordination, executive support, or similar responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent standards of execution.
• Experience within aesthetics, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or premium/luxury brands is an advantage.

You should be comfortable turning ideas and trends into relevant content, managing multiple deadlines, coordinating shoots and schedules, and maintaining a consistent premium brand presence across platforms.
