Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Dubai. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets that support marketing materials, digital campaigns, and corporate communications for Allocation Assist Middle East. Daily responsibilities include designing graphics for online and print channels, developing branding elements, preparing layouts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure visual consistency. The role involves translating complex concepts into clear visual stories, refining existing designs, and maintaining brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will also assist with preparing presentation materials and supporting design needs for events and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating professional visual assets for digital and print media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that align with brand standards and enhance readability.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent) and familiarity with design for web and social media.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, logos, and marketing materials; experience in healthcare or professional services is an advantage.
