Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our online platform's growth and operations, with a strong focus on the Middle Eastern market, particularly the UAE.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in digital marketing, operational excellence, brand strategy, and product lifecycle management.

This role demands a balance of technical proficiency, team leadership, and market insight to drive growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Create and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SMM, PPC, and email) focused on regional gifting preferences. Optimize budgets on platforms like Google Ads and Meta, using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush for tracking and insights. Use personalization strategies informed by user psychology, like occasion-based targeting. Enhance conversion funnels, retargeting efforts, and A/B testing strategies to improve performance.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the e-commerce team in delivery, order fulfillment, customer service, and vendor management. Ensure timely, accurate gifting orders during peak seasons. Establish dashboards and SOPs for real-time logistics, inventory, and customer satisfaction tracking. Work with production and packaging to maintain quality and consistency.

Brand Promotion & Strategic Tie-ups

  • Enhance brand visibility by collaborating with influencers, forming partnerships for corporate gifting, and implementing seasonal campaigns. Forge strategic alliances with local and premium brands while crafting culturally relevant brand stories. Monitor brand performance to refine strategies for sustained positioning.

Product Launch & Catalogue Management

  • Coordinate product launches for regional gifting occasions, set pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis, maintain product catalogue, develop bundling strategies, and collaborate with design and merchandising teams for visual appeal and product discoverability.
