Creative Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative & Design Team and manage end-to-end creative development.
• Develop innovative concepts for events, exhibitions, brand activations, stage shows, and experiential projects.
• Develop brand identities, visual directions, creative strategies, and campaign concepts.
• Oversee graphic design, motion graphics, 3D visuals, presentations, and event creatives.
• Translate client briefs into creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and visual presentations.
• Collaborate with Project, Production, Marketing, and Technical Teams to ensure creative concepts are practical and executable.
• Review and approve creative deliverables while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Present creative concepts and proposals to clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and creative deliverables.
• Stay updated with AI tools, emerging technologies, design trends, and innovative event experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Branding, Events, Experiential Marketing, or a related field.
• Events/Experiential industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event concepts, branding, campaigns, presentations, and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, motion graphics, 3D visualization, branding, and event production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant creative/design tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
• Understanding of event production and technical feasibility will be an advantage.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
