Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to take ownership of the technical direction, quality, and delivery of our platform. The role combines hands-on full-stack development with technical leadership, and the successful candidate will be the primary technical authority within the company.

Key responsibilities

· Own the overall technical direction of the platform, including architecture, technology choices, and technical roadmap

· Contribute hands-on as a full-stack developer across backend, frontend, database, and infrastructure

· Define, document, and enforce engineering standards, code review practices, and development workflow

· Own the security of the platform across application, data, and infrastructure levels

· Own platform scalability, reliability, and disaster-recovery planning to ensure high availability as the product and user base grow

· Manage hosting, deployment pipelines, environments, monitoring, backups, and system performance

· Establish and maintain quality assurance, testing, and release processes

· Drive continuous technical improvement by identifying technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and automation opportunities, and prioritizing them within the engineering roadmap

· Lead, mentor, and support the development team, and participate in technical hiring

· Coordinate technical delivery across internal and external development resources

· Translate business requirements into technical plans, timelines, and estimates

· Integrate and maintain third-party services and APIs

· Monitor and control technical and infrastructure costs

· Produce and maintain technical documentation

· Act as the technical point of reference for management and other departments

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field

· 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience

· 2+ years in a lead, senior, or technical ownership role

· Strong hands-on backend experience with Laravel / PHP

· Strong hands-on frontend experience with Next.js / React

· Solid experience with cloud hosting, CI/CD, and infrastructure management

· Strong understanding of application security best practices

· Experience with relational databases, API design, and system performance optimization

· Experience working on live, customer-facing products

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

· Excellent communication skills in English
