Role Description The Marine Sales Executive (Ship Chandling & Freight Forwarding) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients within the maritime and logistics sectors, promoting ship chandling and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The Marine Sales Executive will prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate closely with operations and supply teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services. Daily tasks include managing sales inquiries, monitoring market trends, following up on leads, and maintaining sales records and reports. The role also requires attending client meetings, visiting vessels and port facilities as needed, and representing the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills in maritime services, ship chandling, or freight forwarding.
• Solid customer relationship management abilities and experience handling client inquiries and negotiations.
• Knowledge of marine supplies, logistics processes, and port or vessel operations is highly beneficial.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in basic office and sales software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems) and accurate documentation skills.
• Previous experience in marine supply, shipping, or logistics sectors preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
