Quality Control Engineer | KSA

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Engineer with strong expertise in QA/QC and Facility Management (FM) to join a reputed organization in Saudi Arabia.

·        Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications and international standards

·        Conduct inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and installations (electrical & mechanical systems)

·        Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures

·        Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific quality requirements

·        Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and codes

·        Ensure quality standards in operation & maintenance (O&M) activities

·        Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for MEP systems

·        Evaluate performance of FM contractors and service providers

·        Conduct periodic facility audits, snagging, and condition assessments

·        Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements in FM contracts

·        Perform and witness site inspections (electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems)

·        Coordinate with third-party inspectors and client representatives

·        Maintain quality records, reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions

·        Ensure proper documentation and handover dossiers

Requirements: ·        Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering

·        Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC

·        Strong experience in Facility Management (mandatory)

·        Certifications in Quality Inspection (mandatory)

·        Knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC tools, and documentation

·        Strong communication and reporting skills
