We are currently supporting a leading global Project Management Consultancy (PMC) in the recruitment of an experienced Cost Manager to join a major development programme in Riyadh.

About the Project

A landmark multipurpose venue in the heart of Riyadh, designed to host major sports, entertainment, cultural, and community events. The project is a high-value, complex development designed for long-term flexibility and year-round activation.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead cost planning, estimating, and value management activities.

* Conduct feasibility studies and support procurement and contracting strategies.

* Develop and present detailed cost plans and financial reports.

* Support contractor procurement, tender evaluation, and contract documentation.

* Manage valuations, variations, cost control, and financial reporting throughout construction.

* Review and assess contractor claims, delays, and additional costs.

* Negotiate final accounts and support contract close-out.

* Monitor the cost impact of design changes, contract awards, and client requirements.

* Manage key stakeholder relationships and support junior team members.

Key Requirements

* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

* Relevant degree qualification.

* Strong experience in estimating and pre-contract cost management.

* Solid experience in cost planning, procurement, variations, claims, and final accounts.

* Previous experience within a PMC / Consultancy environment.

* Proven experience on high-value infrastructure or mixed-use developments.

* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.

* Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
