Projects Manager

We’re Hiring: Project Manager

Aseel Holding is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The selected candidate will be responsible for managing medium-sized projects from planning through completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of strong, relevant project management experience
• Proven experience managing medium-sized construction or real estate development projects
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, local regulations, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Strong and confident personality with excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of project planning, design coordination, tendering, budgeting, execution, and reporting
• Ability to control project schedules, costs, quality, risks, and deliverables
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration is preferred
