Project Manager

Job Summary:

PM set of skills required to Manage end-to-end joinery and furniture projects including:

1. Identify and validate the scope of works in accordance with all project documents, site and stakeholders’ requirements
2. Structure and maintain the project schedule and identify milestones in line with the contract dates, technical, material, procurement and production departments
3. Ensure aligning/referencing any/all activities and/or feedback received from any/all stakeholders to the original contractual documents and obligations
4. Manage and report changes/deviations from original contract scope throughout the projects’ lifecycle
5. Act as the single POC between internal and external stakeholders
6. In depth knowledge in joinery works including technical, fabrication and installation in accordance with cost saving
7. Lead the project team, align activities, ensure fluid workflow and maintain resilience throughout all the projects’ lifecycle.
8. Responsible to ensure technical drawings and fabrication are accurate, in line with site measurements and following unified item measurements for the mass production process
9. Support in technical/fabrication solutions vs. site conditions
10. Manage site activities including and not limited to daily site presence, multidiscipline coordination, verifying site measurements, managing site team/installers progress, documenting installed items status and handover reporting, attending weekly progress meeting with the Client, daily/weekly/monthly progress reporting, site storage, bookkeeping of delivered containers/items to site and site stock logistics
11. Responsible to distribute/print/ provide to distributers the final approved shop drawings and key plans and to have the information clearly present on site particularly during installation phase
12. Active reporting of incidents to the Management including proposing of efficient solutions
13. Actively close pending items with any stakeholders to ensure compliance with project schedule
14. Responsible for the initiation, validation and tracking of the projects’ progress invoicing in accordance with Finance department/the Client and the project’s monthly petty cash internal invoicing
15. Prepare and Present weekly reports to the management and stakeholders
16. Excellent project tracking and follow up
17. Manage project closeout process until obtaining of TOC
18. Support in identifying a centralized housing locations for the project team in project’s outside Riyadh city

Requirements:

• Years of experience: 7~10
• Domain: fit-out and/or joinery
• Certificate: Batchelor Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Strong joinery/furniture industry experience.
• Preferably immediate joiners or candidates with a very short notice period.
