Chief Surveyor

Job Summary:
The Chief Surveyor will be responsible for managing all surveying operations, ensuring accurate measurements, setting out works, and providing technical guidance to survey teams. The role requires strong knowledge of surveying techniques, construction drawings, and coordination with project teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the surveying team and daily surveying activities across construction sites.
• Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference lines.
• Perform accurate setting out, leveling, and alignment works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and verify survey data, calculations, and reports prepared by surveyors.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams regarding surveying requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of structural, architectural, and finishing works through proper survey control.
• Conduct topographical surveys, as-built surveys, and site measurements.
• Prepare and review survey reports, records, and documentation.
• Monitor survey equipment calibration and ensure proper maintenance.
• Resolve site discrepancies related to levels, coordinates, and dimensions.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
