Project Manager – Luxury Villas (Civil & Fit-Out)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of high-end luxury villa projects, including civil construction and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, extensive UAE experience, and a proven track record of delivering luxury residential projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage luxury villa projects from planning through handover.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural, and fit-out works.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure project execution complies with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and operational issues.
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review and approve subcontractor work, material submittals, and procurement schedules.
• Control project costs and manage variations and claims.
• Ensure successful project completion and timely handover to the client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience managing luxury villa projects.
• Proven experience in both civil construction and high-end fit-out works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
