Service sales coordinator (Generator)

• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance, breakdown support, commissioning, warranty, and AMC activities for diesel generators.
• Assign and monitor field service engineers/technicians to ensure timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage service requests, job cards, warranty claims, and service documentation while meeting response and resolution KPIs.
• Coordinate spare parts availability and support efficient execution of maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare AMC quotations, follow up on renewals, and maintain customer service contracts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and timely updates on service status.
• Generate service reports, maintain equipment service history, and monitor team productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO quality standards, and company service procedures.
