Fit-Out Foreman

KEA Building Contracting LLC is a fast-growing building contracting company in the UAE specializing in luxury villas, high-end residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to lead site execution and ensure premium quality finishes on luxury villa projects.

Job Summary

The Fit-Out Foreman will be responsible for supervising all interior fit-out activities on site, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all interior fit-out works for luxury villa projects.
• Coordinate daily activities of site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure execution of fit-out works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Project Managers.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing standards are maintained.
• Supervise gypsum works, ceiling installations, partitions, flooring, painting, joinery, marble, tiling, and other interior finishing works.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration with fit-out activities.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower.
• Identify site issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and update management on site activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Fit-Out Foreman.
• Mandatory experience in luxury villa projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of luxury interior finishing standards and construction methods.
• Experience supervising gypsum, ceilings, partitions, joinery, marble, tile, painting, flooring, and decorative finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership and manpower management skills.
• Strong coordination skills with civil, MEP, and finishing teams.
• Good knowledge of quality control and safety requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
