QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

KEA Building Contracting LLC is a leading building contracting company in the UAE, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, industrial, and high-rise construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Summary

The Civil Foreman will oversee daily site operations, manage construction teams, and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities on site.
• Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and skilled labor.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Project Managers for smooth project execution.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Monitor work progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate reinforcement, formwork, concreting, blockwork, plastering, and finishing activities.
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Report daily site progress, manpower, and material requirements to management.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain productivity throughout the project.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building construction.
• Strong experience in residential, commercial, villa, and high-rise building projects.
• Thorough knowledge of structural, finishing, and civil construction activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience supervising large site teams and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, consultants, and project management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
