Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

Alshahrani Technical Services LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee construction, maintenance, and fit-out projects while ensuring that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction, renovation, and fit-out projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Estimate quantities and monitor material usage.
• Coordinate with local authorities for inspections and approvals when required.
• Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and company standards.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in construction, maintenance, or fit-out projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, MEP coordination, or interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, DEWA, or other UAE authority requirements.
• PMP certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
