Site Engineer (Civil)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience in UAE to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure quality control, and drive project execution from start to completion. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing fast-paced site environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be willing to work night shift
• Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients for smooth site progress.
• Monitor site safety compliance and enforce company HSE standards.
• Prepare daily site progress reports, inspections, and documentation.
• Conduct material take-offs, quantity verification, and ensure proper materials are used on site.
• Assist in resolving technical issues, drawing clarifications, and site instructions.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to authority requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Dubai Municipality (DM) Registration – PREFERRED
• Valid UAE Driving License – MUST
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in construction/fit-out projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations & approval processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.Preferred Skills
• Experience in interior fit-out, joinery coordination, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (civil, architectural, MEP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
