Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finishing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all finishing works for our upcoming mid- and high-rise construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of architectural finishes, monitoring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards, and actively supervising site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional workmanship and adherence to safety and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily finishing works, including painting, plastering, tiling, flooring, ceilings, carpentry, and joinery.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of laborers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress and report daily site activities.
• Inspect completed work and coordinate the rectification of defects.
• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for site activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor, overseeing architectural and interior finishing works in building construction projects.
• Project Expertise: Mandatory on-site experience in mid- and high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects, with responsibility for coordinating and supervising all finishing activities.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of finishing trades, including plastering, tiling, painting, drywall, ceilings, flooring, joinery, waterproofing, and façade finishes. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Core Skills: Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple finishing trades, enforce quality standards, monitor productivity, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
