Job Title: Project Manager – Building Construction

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage building construction projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive UAE construction experience, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
• Lead project execution while ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or challenges.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentation.
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and project logistics.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and client presentations.
• Prepare project reports, cost forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Manage project variations, claims, and change orders.
• Oversee project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
• Mentor and supervise Site Engineers and project staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of total experience, including minimum 7 years of UAE experience managing building construction projects.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, QA/QC procedures, and HSE regulations.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
