Civil Engineer – High Rise Projects (UAE Experience Required)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at residential villa project sites.
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site progress.
• Manage authority inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Handle snagging, rectification works, and final project handover.
• Assist with cost control and manage variation works.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years experience
• Proven UAE experience in high rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approval and inspection procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities in a fast-paced environment.
