Electrical Site Engineer - DM Approved

We are seeking a qualified and experienced electrical engineer to become a part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the design, execution, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in accordance with DEWA regulations and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit DEWA drawings, load schedules, and obtain approvals for new electrical connections.

Design and assess electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and DEWA engineers to ensure adherence to project requirements and standards.

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of LV systems, MDBs, SMDBs, lighting, and power distribution networks.

Draft technical documents, material submittals, and progress reports.

Conduct site inspections to monitor electrical work and provide solutions for design or implementation challenges.

Assist procurement by reviewing and approving technical specifications for electrical materials.

Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• DM-approved electrical engineer certification
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in high-rise building electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of DEWA submission procedures and local authority requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of technicians and site engineers.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with contracting firms that focus on high-rise buildings in Dubai.

We provide a competitive salary range, which is negotiable based on your skills and experience.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
