Business Development Manager_Outsourcing Manpower supply

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and client acquisition for our manpower supply and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business for manpower supply & outsourcing
• Build and manage corporate client relationships
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in manpower supply / recruitment sales
• Strong client network in UAE/GCC
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Outsourcing or Manpower : 3 years (Required)
• Recruitment: 1 year (Required)
