Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

· 7–10 years of relevant BIM experience

· Consultant-side experience (Mandatory)

· Strong experience delivering Concept Design and IFC Design Packages (Mandatory)

· Airport or large-scale infrastructure project experience (Mandatory)

· Excellent BIM coordination and multidisciplinary coordination experience

· Strong understanding of BEP, EIR, AIR, CDE, IFC Models, and COBie requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, modify, and maintain BIM models using Revit 2025

· Upgrade existing models to LOD 300

· Produce IFC Models, Shop Drawings, Coordination Models, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Coordination Reports, and Model Validation Reports

· Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Civil, ICT, BHS, SAS, and other MEP disciplines

· Review IFC drawings, RFIs, consultant comments, and design revisions

· Participate in BIM coordination meetings, design workshops, and multidisciplinary review sessions

· Ensure compliance with approved project BIM standards and quality requirements
