Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings using CAD software and other design tools.
• Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects including design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present design proposals and feasibility reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee site selection, planning, and material selection.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
