Hiring: Office and Logistics Coordinator (With IT Background)
We are looking for an experienced Office and Logistic Coordinator to join our team! If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have strong IT knowledge, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
✔ Age: 30 – 40 years old
✔ Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
✔ Strong IT background (hardware/software troubleshooting, network basics, system support)
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
✔ Knowledge of office systems and procedures
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily office operations, administrative tasks, and logistics.
Provide IT support for office systems, printers, and network issues
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Manage emails, schedules, and internal communications
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and staff
Ensure smooth workflow and support management in daily operations
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
