Operations Manager – Construction & Interior Fit-Out

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction and fit-out projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality.
• Lead project managers, engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years UAE construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Managerial role.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
