Civil Quantity Surveyor

Falcon Group is seeking a Civil Quantity Surveyor with strong pre-contract experience and exposure to post-contract activities for civil and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Prepare and evaluate tender submissions and subcontractor quotations.
• Manage cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering.
• Handle post-contract activities including variations, interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective commercial management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 3–5 years of experience, with a strong background in pre-contract activities (estimation, BOQs, tendering, and cost planning).
• Exposure to post-contract functions such as variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts.
• Experience in civil, road, and infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
