Responsibilities :

• Build scalable & maintainable apps using React.js
• Lead frontend architecture & best practices
• Develop reusable UI components & design systems
• Integrate APIs with backend teams
• Optimize performance & responsiveness
• Ensure cross-browser support & accessibility
• Participate in code reviews & mentor team members
• Collaborate with product/design for great UX
• Maintain high code quality, testing & documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong React.js (Hooks, Context, modern patterns)
• Solid JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3 & modern styling
• State management (Redux / Zustand / React Query)
• Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL
• Component-driven architecture mindset
• Responsive & mobile-first design
• Git & CI/CD workflows

Nice to Have:

• Angular / Vue.js / Next.js
• Micro Frontends / Module Federation
• Storybook / Design Systems
• Testing (Jest, RTL, Cypress, Playwright)
• Performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting)
• Agile/Scrum experience
