As a growing business, we’re looking for a talented and organized individual to join us as a Customer Manager/ SMM — a role full of potential for growth and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting clients on flower selection and compositions
• Selling bouquets, related accessories, and gifts
• Receiving and processing orders
• Coordinating details (availability, execution, additional requests) with florists
• Maintaining sales reports
• Coordinating with couriers for delivery organization
• Full client management: consultation, selection, delivery, post-sale service, and communication
• Taking photos and videos of bouquets in store
• Posting of content on all social media platforms

Requirements:

• Mandatory proficiency in Russian and English
• Sales experience (preferably in flowers, gifts, or decor)
• Passion for flowers and aesthetics, with a good sense of taste
• Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and customer orientation
• An eye for aesthetics and beauty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
