HVAC Engineer (Retrofit Projects)

• Conduct site surveys and assess existing HVAC systems.
• Perform cooling/heat load calculations.
• Design HVAC systems for retrofit and replacement projects.
• Select suitable HVAC equipment based on project requirements.
• Prepare HVAC layouts, equipment layouts, duct layouts, refrigerant piping layouts, drain piping layouts, diffuser and grille layouts, and installation drawings.
• Prepare material take-offs (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Review project specifications and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Supervise installation works for mixed HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements. Carry out testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Prepare project documentation including method statements, inspection reports, commissioning reports, as-built drawings, and handover documents. Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per week
