Operations, Customer Service & Brokerage Manager – Freight Forwarding & Logistics

UAE Experience
UAE Driving License Required
Fluent in English – Spoke and Written
Arabic Speaking is an Advantage

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics.
• UAE freight forwarding experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Operations Customer Service and Brokerage
• Experience handling Free Zone operations and documentation is remarkable advantage, especially in Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA) and Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily freight forwarding operations, handle shipments A to Z (quoting till invoicing)
• Manage Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Courier shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping and customs documents.
• Work on Dubai Trade, Calogi, and Dubai Customs systems.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, and courier companies.
• Arrange shipment pickups, deliveries, and transportation.
• Follow up shipment status and resolve operational issues.
• Provide regular updates and support to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs and shipping regulations.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations.
• Experience with Dubai Trade, Calogi, and Dubai Customs portals.
• Knowledge of Free Zone procedures, including DAFZA and JAFZA, is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
