Sr. Estimation Engineer – MEP

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP estimation for building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems
• Ability to prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender pricing, and quantity take-offs
• Good knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and subcontractor quotations
• Experience in reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Well-experienced in construction estimation and cost analysis
• Candidates with UAE/GCC experience will be preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per hour
