Senior Project Manager

Project Manager – Unlimited High-Rise Experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10–15 years of UAE/GCC construction experience.
• Proven experience managing G+Unlimited high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and construction management.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage G+Unlimited high-rise construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Conduct progress meetings and prepare reports for management and clients.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to maintain project progress.
