Senior Interior Designer / Architectural Designer

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Dubai
Previous experience in Engineering Consultancy firms is mandatory
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Expert in Autodesk Revit and 3ds Max
Strong experience in Interior Design and Architectural Design projects
Excellent skills in Concept Design, Space Planning, Material Selection, and Design Development
Ability to prepare Mood Boards, Design Presentations, and Client Presentations
Strong experience in Detailed Drawings, Joinery Details, and FF&E Selection
Professional 3D Modeling, Rendering, and Visualization skills using V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Enscape
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design software
Experience in preparing Tender and Construction Documentation
Knowledge of local authority requirements and Dubai regulations
Ability to coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines
Strong understanding of BIM workflows and Revit coordination
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and high-end interior projects is preferred
Immediate joining preferred
