Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist (Arabic & English)

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and implement monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas and strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build online community presence.

Content Creation

• Create high-quality Arabic and English content, including captions, posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
• Coordinate and execute content shoots, including photography and videography.
• Design basic marketing creatives using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to maximize ROI and lead generation.
• Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management and performance marketing.
• UAE market experience is mandatory.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
• Experience in content creation, photography, videography, and short-form video editing.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
