MEP Engineer – Villa & Renovation Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and develop detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Design and engineer Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems according to project requirements and UAE standards.
• Execute, coordinate, and monitor MEP installation works on-site.
• Manage day-to-day MEP activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other project teams to ensure proper MEP integration.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure all MEP systems comply with Dubai/UAE regulations, authority requirements, and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MEP-related challenges.
• Maintain quality control and ensure timely completion of MEP works.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of MEP engineering experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or MEP Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in MEP design, execution, and site coordination.
• Proven experience working on villa projects, renovation works, and residential developments.
• Good knowledge of UAE MEP standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills with practical site knowledge.
• Hindi language is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
