Job Overview

Gulfgem Contracting is looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer with strong expertise in villa construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential villa and renovation projects.
• Prepare detailed interior drawings, layouts, elevations, mood boards, and material selections.
• Create 3D visualizations and design presentations for clients.
• Select finishes, furniture, lighting, colors, and materials according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to achieve design objectives.
• Review shop drawings and ensure design standards are maintained.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved concepts.
• Provide practical and aesthetic design solutions.
• Stay updated with current interior design trends and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of Interior Design experience in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong experience in villa construction, luxury renovation, and residential projects.
• Excellent knowledge of interior finishes, materials, space planning, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong creative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare professional client presentations and design proposals.

Preference will be given to European candidates with strong design portfolios

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
