Finance Business Analyst

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial performance, identifying business trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management
• Develop financial models to evaluate business cases, investments, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
• Any finance certification ACCA / CMA / CPA
• 3+ years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or similar analytical role (preferably in retail or trading sectors)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Zoho etc)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
