Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renderings using 3ds Max and rendering software.
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements for projects.
Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and design proposals for client approval.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Modify and update designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and interior finishing.
Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings and presentation materials.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
