International Logistics Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesImport & Export Operations:

• Manage complete import and export shipment processes through sea, air, and land freight.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor shipment schedules, ETAs, and resolve operational delays proactively.

Customs & Trade Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with UAE Customs regulations, JAFZA requirements, and international trade laws.
• Oversee preparation and verification of shipping documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, AWBs, Certificates of Origin, and Customs Declarations.
• Manage import/export permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

• Develop logistics strategies to optimize transportation costs and service levels.
• Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with logistics partners.
• Monitor logistics KPIs including freight cost, transit time, on-time delivery, and customs clearance performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs authorities, shipping lines, and warehouse partners.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews of logistics service providers.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
