Senior Infrastructure & Network Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure & Network Operations Manager to manage and maintain our private data center infrastructure, disaster recovery environment, network connectivity, cybersecurity systems, and server platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, security, and business continuity across all infrastructure components, including data centers, storage systems, firewalls, MPLS networks, cloud services, and site connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

Data Center Operations

• Manage and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure.
• Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and system health.
• Ensure high availability of production systems and services.
• Manage storage systems, backups, and data retention policies.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

• Manage DR infrastructure and replication environments.
• Monitor replication status between primary and DR sites.
• Conduct periodic disaster recovery testing and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with recovery time (RTO) and recovery point (RPO) objectives.

Network Management

• Monitor and manage MPLS, VPN, and WAN connectivity between data centers and remote sites.
• Ensure adequate bandwidth allocation and network performance for all connected parking facilities.
• Troubleshoot network outages, latency issues, and connectivity problems.

Security Operations

• Manage firewalls, network security appliances, and access control systems.
• Monitor cybersecurity events and security logs.
• Implement and maintain security best practices and policies.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
• Manage endpoint protection, patch management, and system hardening.

Monitoring & Incident Management

• Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Proactively identify and resolve system issues before service impact.
• Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents.
• Maintain operational dashboards, alerts, and reporting.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain network diagrams, infrastructure documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and industry best practices.
• Support audits and compliance activities where required.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.
• Experience managing data center environments.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
