Consistent revenue growth through strong sales execution and client trust. 🧠 Role Purpose
This role is fully responsible for:
- Generating leads
- Closing deals
- Managing client communication post-sale
- Ensuring payments are collected on time
This is a pure revenue role —not marketing, not operations, not admin.
🧩 Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Sales (Core Function)
- Identify and contact potential clients (LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals)
- Conduct discovery calls
- Present OjuBju services confidently
- Prepare and send proposals
- Close deals
2. Client Relationship Management (Post-Sale Ownership)
- Maintain communication with clients after closing
- Ensure expectations are aligned with delivery team
- Handle basic client queries professionally
- Coordinate smooth handover to internal team
3. Payment Collection (Critical Responsibility)
- Send invoices and follow up on payments
- Ensure milestone payments are collected on time
- Follow up on overdue invoices professionally and consistently
- Maintain payment discipline per client
📊 Compensation Structure
Salary
AED 2,000 per month plus Commission

Experience RequirementsRequired Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency, web development company, advertising agency, creative agency, SEO company, or SaaS company .
- Proven experience selling services such as:
- Website development
- Social media marketing
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Branding or creative services
