Business Development & Client Sales Executive (Dubai)

We are building a lean, high-performance team focused on one thing:

Consistent revenue growth through strong sales execution and client trust. 🧠 Role Purpose

This role is fully responsible for:

  • Generating leads
  • Closing deals
  • Managing client communication post-sale
  • Ensuring payments are collected on time

This is a pure revenue role —not marketing, not operations, not admin.

🧩 Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Sales (Core Function)

  • Identify and contact potential clients (LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals)
  • Conduct discovery calls
  • Present OjuBju services confidently
  • Prepare and send proposals
  • Close deals

2. Client Relationship Management (Post-Sale Ownership)

  • Maintain communication with clients after closing
  • Ensure expectations are aligned with delivery team
  • Handle basic client queries professionally
  • Coordinate smooth handover to internal team

3. Payment Collection (Critical Responsibility)

  • Send invoices and follow up on payments
  • Ensure milestone payments are collected on time
  • Follow up on overdue invoices professionally and consistently
  • Maintain payment discipline per client

📊 Compensation Structure

Salary

AED 2,000 per month plus Commission

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency, web development company, advertising agency, creative agency, SEO company, or SaaS company .
  • Proven experience selling services such as:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Branding or creative services
