Structural Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Structural design and analysis of foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and retaining walls using software such as SAFE, ETABS, and PROKON.
• Prepare structural drawings, details, and schedules in coordination with architectural and MEP teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure structural elements are executed per design.
• Support in reviewing contractor/shop drawings and responding to RFIs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve design conflicts and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes (ACI, ASCE, UBC 97, Dubai Municipality standards).
• Participate in technical meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Preparing technical reports, method statements, and submission packages for authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in structural design or construction supervision.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software (SAFE, ETABS, PROKON, AutoCAD).
• Basic understanding of seismic design, load combinations, and code interpretation.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• G + 12 Certificates

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
