Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CIVIL-FITOUT site Supervisor with a strong background in civil works,interior fit-out and interior design projects to oversee daily site operations, ensure quality workmanship, manage site teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all interior fit-out activities at project sites.

Monitor daily progress of work and ensure compliance with project schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements before execution.

Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.

Manage site labor, subcontractors, and material usage efficiently.

Ensure timely delivery and installation of interior finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Monitor project costs and report any deviations or delays.

Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Ensure proper handover of completed projects and rectify snagging items.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out, interior design, or renovation projects.

Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, including:

Gypsum and ceiling works

Painting and wall finishes

Flooring and tiling

Joinery and carpentry

MEP coordination

Furniture and fixture installation

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and interior design layouts.

Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
