NOC Engineer

Roles & responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate NOC applications with relevant authorities

• Prepare and submit required documents and drawings for approvals
• Track and follow up on submissions to ensure timely progress
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for design approvals
• Review drawings to identify utility conflicts and ensure compliance
• Address authority comments and manage revisions
• Maintain accurate records of all NOC-related submissions

Desired candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 4–8 years of experience in Dubai infrastructure/road projects
• Strong understanding of NOC processes and authority coordination in Dubai
• Familiarity with utility services (water, sewer, power, telecom, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant submission portals
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: Up to AED16,000.00 per month
