IT, AI & Automation Specialist

We are looking for an IT, AI & Automation Specialist to manage, secure, automate, and scale our technology infrastructure and business systems.

This is a hands-on role covering IT operations, CRM management, cybersecurity, AI workflows, and business automation.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Security

• Manage servers, hosting, domains, DNS, email systems, and company devices
• Maintain backups, access controls, and system reliability
• Manage network security, firewalls, VPNs, MFA, and cybersecurity best practices

CRM & Business Systems

• Manage and optimize CRM platforms
• Build sales, marketing, and operational automations
• Maintain data quality, reporting, and system integrations

AI & Automation

• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations
• Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

Websites & Data Management

• Support websites, landing pages, CMS platforms, and analytics
• Manage databases and business intelligence systems
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability

Requirements

• Experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or technology operations
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and workflow automation
• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and integrations
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and network administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• AI agents and AI workflow development
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• API integrations and automation development
• WordPress or CMS management
• Web scraping and data enrichment

Compensation

• AED 3,000 – 7,000 per month depending on experience and capabilities
• Performance-based bonus structure
