BA - Mobile Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Gather & document requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• Map end-to-end digital customer journeys
• Work on mobile banking features ( onboarding, payments, SME services )
• Collaborate with business, tech, UX, and vendors
• Support new mobile banking application implementation, delivery, UAT, and releases
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations

Requirements

• 7s–10 yrs BA experience in Banking (Retail/SME)
• Strong exposure to Mobile/Digital Banking
• Knowledge of payments, onboarding, Mobile Journeys, Account Opening, CASA, SME products, Account Services.
• Agile, JIRA/Confluence experience
• Strong stakeholder communication

Nice to Have

UAE/GCC banking experience

Knowledge of KYC/AML

BA/Agile certifications

Experience – 8 to 10 years

Work Location – Onsite to Dubai
